With “Dry January” well and truly forgotten, this February Suesey Street will host Niall Tubridy, whiskey expert from The Irish Whiskey Museum on College Green, for a very special Whiskey Dinner in our private dining room on Fitzwilliam Place.
On Thursday 22nd February, whiskey lovers and those who’d like to learn a bit more about whiskey can enjoy a specially designed three-course menu by head chef, Richard Stearn. Each course has been paired with an expertly chosen Irish whiskey, complementing the flavours in the dish with those in the whiskey.
Whether it’s a Valentine’s gift for the whiskey aficionado in your life, a date night with a difference or simply dinner with a lesson in some of the new and exciting Irish whiskeys on the market, the Whiskey Dinner at Suesey Street with The Irish Whiskey Museum has something for everyone to enjoy.
This one-night-only event will take place on Thursday 22nd February at 7pm and includes complimentary whiskey cocktail on arrival and a three-course dinner with paired whiskeys and guided tasting from Niall Tubridy from The Irish Whiskey Museum for €55 per person.
Spaces are limited, to book please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Wine can be bought separately on the night if requested.
