Here at Suesey Street, we like to keep things fresh, local and seasonal. So with Summer in the air, our Head Chef Richard Stearn has created a wonderful new Lunch menu highlighting the best ingredients this season has to offer.
Take his Salters Farm Pork Belly (€23), which is bang on season with Wild Garlic & Green Bean, Fennel & Apple Kimchee. Other highlights from the lunch menu include Pan Fried Monkfish (€26) with Langoustine & Peanut Sauce, Crispy Langoustine & Rolled Butter Cabbage, the classic Caesar Salad has been turned on its head by adding Salmon from Kish Fish Smoke House & a Crispy Soft Boiled Hens Egg. Our Head Chef has also created a vegan friendly salad, the Suesey Summer Salad, made with Marinated Courgette Slices, Broad Beans, Baby Gem & Glass Noodles,dressed with Tahini & Mint.
But of course somethings needn’t be disturbed which is why we’ve kept our customer favourite; the Suesey Street Burger with Hegarty’s cheddar and smokey streaky bacon.
And with the days getting longer and warmer (slowly but surely!), why not enjoy lunch on our large outdoor terrace (pictured). Great for a quick business Lunch or a long over due catch up with friends over a glass of wine.
