Spring Menus

Spring is upon us!

We’ve spruced up our Lunch and Dinner menus to reflect the new season. As well as some classic dishes, our Chef has also devised a few new & exciting dishes that are sure to please.

Take his Irish Lamb Loin (€26) served with Asparagus, Peas, morrels and wild garlic or his indulgent Confit Duck Leg Salad  (€16) with boudoir noir, zesty blood orange, beetroot & truffle watercress. Other highlights from the lunch menu include Spring Salad (€15) with Chicken, quinoa, feta, broccoli & sesame, Homemade Fish Cakes (€14.5) served with a poached egg & warm tartare sauce & Roasted Cod which comes with Salt cod brandade, broccoli & brown shrimp (€22).

We’ve kept a few Lunch classics on there for diners looking for a quick, good value lunch. Our Goats Cheese & Beetroot salad is a sure crowd pleaser (with sherry vinaigrette, toasted nuts & seeds), the classic Caesar salad with juicy roast chicken & Parmesan croutons, and a fresh take on the traditional Foie Gras: Pan Seared with apple, rhubarb, brioche, hazelnut (€14). But of course somethings needn’t be disturbed which is why we’ve kept our customer favourites; the Suesey Street Burger with Hegarty’s cheddar and smoked Gubeen bacon (pictured) and our creamy Langoustine Risotto with peas.
