This summer, we’re giving everyone a reason to celebrate as our annual Lobster Festival is back to offer Dublin diners the finest fresh Irish Lobster throughout the months of July and August. Our Head Chef Richard Stearn has created a brand new lobster menu for the festival that will be available along with the lunch and dinner menus at Suesey Street. There will be four new lobster dishes that are focused on showcasing the best lobster that is available on the day.
Lobster lovers will enjoy a rich and comforting lobster and leek mornay for those seeking something a little more decadent, there will also be lightly breaded lobster claw with fresh Irish peas, pea jus, pickled samphire and new season olive oil, a half or whole grilled Lobster with basil and saffron emulsion, triple cooked chips, pickled fennel and orange salad and last but not by no means least, butter poached lobster tail with crab, beetroot, carrot, turnip and green bean mayonnaise salad and courgette fritters.
Indulge in the king of crustaceans for lunch or dinner this summer – menu price will vary according to lobster market price on the day.
